Willie Simpson & Seven Sheds

Willie Simpson, beer journalist and author of 'The Beer Bible', has officially launched the website for his other passion project - Seven Sheds Brewery, Meadery and Hop Garden.

Located in Railton, north-western Tasmania, Seven Sheds produces its flagship Kentish Ale and seasonal beers as well as honey wines and melomels (fruit mead).

Opened in May 2008, the Seven Sheds brewery, meadery and hop garden provides a purpose built tasting room, brewery tours and cellar door sales.
