Succulent spring lamb served with a Hargreaves Hill ESB infused ratatouille, minted crushed peas and rosemary roasted chat potatoes. The bitterness of the ESB contrasts with the sweetness of the ratatouille.
White chocolate and raspberry tart
Sweet shortcrust pastry based tart with a Lindemans Framboise ripple. The Framboise reduction adds a rasberry sweetness to compliment the white chocolate in the tart.
