Brewers & Chewers menu announced

1st course

8 Wired Big Smoke Porter beef empanadas
Field mushroom and chorizo sauté with Brewdog Tokyo
Leaf salad with Stone & Wood Pacific Ale mustard dressing

2nd course

BrewDog Paradox Isle Of Arran lamb neck tagine made with snow peas & tomatoes
Bowls of Morrocan spiced cous cous steamed in Sierra Nevada Kellerweis and roast vegetables

3rd course

Feral Brown Ale ginger bread pudding served with jugs of Feral Razorback crème anglaise and butterscotch sauce
