Well thats what we're offering here at The Local Taphouse St Kilda on Wednesday, Jan 16th from 7pm.
The masterclass will be hosted by James Kendell from Small Acres Cyder, and Max Allen from the Weekend Australian and Gourmet Traveller magazine.
Cider is one of the fastest growing alcoholic beverages in Australia, and whilst we're all drinking a lot of it, not many of us know a great deal about it. This masterclass will be an opportunity to learn how cider is made, and how different styles of cider from around the world vary.
