ANZAC Day marked the first anniversary of Darlo's very first SpecTAPular and the crowds turned out to make sure the day was a hit.
John and Jamie welcomed guests to contribute to the Raise A Glass campaign and once inside customers worked their way through 10 of the best beers from both Austalia and NZ. The sight of firkins on each bar was a welcome additon to our regular taps and the Twisted Hop IPA proved the most popular.
Gareth got the room revved up with an animated and rousing game of Two Up in the main bar while upstairs in the restaurant and Wilfreds Room our regulars settled in for the afternoon and evening.
By the time Joel and the band got underway several of the beers had sold out already.
A big thankyou to all the Darlo staff and customers for making the day a huge hit.
