Kirrily is back at Darlo to host a XMAS Beer Diva Dinner on 15 December from 7pm. This popular beer and food matching night gives the opportunity to learn about the joys of matching exquisite beers with exceptional food.
Head Chef Robbie has just announced a delicious 4 course menu as follows:
Seafood tasting platter Wit beer cured salmon, Sydney rock oyster w chili & lime, prawn cocktail
Roast loin of pork, rosemary roasted potatoes, Little Creatures Pipsqueak apple sauce, mama's stout gravy, spiced pumpkin and roasted field mushroom
Aventinus Weizen-Eisbock Christmas pudding with crème anglaise
Cheese board -
Chef's selection of 3 cheeses, guava paste, dried fruits and crackers
Kirrily will select two beers to match with each course and have a chat about each of the styles. Dinner costs $65/head. To avoid missing out book early at the Event Diary on our website.
P.S. The veggie option will be tempura veggies as entre and a delicious vegan nut roast as main. The coeliac option will be smoked salmon, oyster and prawns cocktail as entree and the main will have gluten free gravy.
