Renowned New Zealand brewer, Søren Eriksen (8 Wired Brewing), has been added to the list of Champions of Craft Beer for the Brewers & Chewers dinner on on May 19 in St Kilda.
A colleague of ours called Søren (pictured above) a "man with rock star looks and appeal. He's out there from a brewing perspective as well and a good guy with it." Sounds like our kind of dinner party guest!
Other confirmed Champions include Brad Rogers (Stone & Wood), Brendan Varis (Feral), Kirrily Waldhorn (Beer Diva) and James Watt (Brewdog).
Tickets are $75 per person which includes a 3 course meal, a selection of beer from the attending brewers and scintillating company. Tickets are now on sale here.
