Beer Diva 'Winter Dinner' menu revealed for Darlo


Head Chef David has announced the following menu for the Beer Diva Winter Dinner in Darlo on June 15th:

1st course
French onion soup

2nd course
Cider braised ham hock terrine with Kriek compote

3rd course
Wagyu beef, Rex Attitude and chorizo braise with roasted root vegetables and bitter leaf salad

4th course
Chocolate truffles & cheese board
