Silent Cinema (Under the Stars) comes to Darlo thanks to Trumer and Innocent Bystander

An exciting new idea in the Darlo Taphouse called 'Silent Cinema Under the Stars' is now two weeks old and has had a great response. Held on Tuesday nights until April, Silent Cinema is an intimate outdoor cinema experience with a difference - moviegoers listen to the movie with hifi headphones on!

Set on our gorgeous roof terrace and with a programme combining comedies, classics and cult films, Silent Cinema will be typically ‘local’. You can order food from a special menu and drinks or free popcorn can be ordered by ringing your own little bell.

Tickets are just $10 and, given the interest of the first couple of weeks, they should be booked online via our Event Diary. Trumer Pils and Innocent Bystander are your friendly sponsors and your ticket includes a free glass of Trumer or wine. Woo hoo!

The doors open from 6.30pm and the film starts at 7.30pm

Here's the programme for the remainder of the season:

Feb 14 - Love Actually
Feb 21 - RockNrolla
Feb 28 - Madagascar
Mar 6 - Fight Club
Mar 13 - Gremlins
Mar 20 - Silence Of The Lambs
Mar 27 - Old School
Apr 3 - Sexy Beast
Apr 10 - Training Day
Apr 17 - Beverly Hills Cop
