Oktoberfest in Darlo a big day in more than one way!

All was set for a big day, just as Les left the building the beers were tapped and the sun came up and the worlds biggest crane arrived on our doorstep. Everyone was excited to see physical signs that the rooftop was under construction but this didn't bother the beer enthusiasts who buckled down for their Oktoberfest event and began working their way through the awesome tap beers (thanks to James' selection).

Julian and the crew had the place looking like a pub on the Rhine, added to this the awesome efforts all the staff made to dress the liederhosen way!

With the football crowd passing through on the way to Australia v Paraguay, Chez and the Tirolean Echoes began their onslaught of German tunes to get the crowd in the mood. Robbie and the crew dished up the Bratwurst and sauerkraut as the bell soon began ringing as beer kegs were drained.

A great day had by all and huge thanks to all the punters and staff.
