Darlo Valentines Day dinner - Say it with BEER!
Celebrate Valentines Day in style with a scrumptious three course meal at the Darlo Taphouse this 14 February.
New chef, Dave Thackray, has designed the meal to tantalise beer lovers as follows:
Entrees
Oysters with nahm jim dressing
Green and white asparagus spears with Bridge Road Saison hollandaise, pancetta powder
Mains
SA Kingfish poached with lobster, fennel and tomato bisque, Little Creatures Pale Ale caviar
Slow roasted lamb rump with pomme puree, baby carrots and rosemary meantime porter jus
Butternut pumpkin, goats cheese and Franziskaner risotto, parmesan shards
Dessert
Lez’s Homebrew Ginger beer crème brulee with pistachio biscotti
Chocolate mousse with marscapone and Lindermans framboise pearls
